About us
Tranquil Shores offers a dual diagnosis program designed for individuals seeking relief from alcohol and substance abuse with co-occurring mental health disorders. We feel undiagnosed or misdiagnosed mental heath disorders can be one of the leading causes of substance abuse. With guidance from our licensed Clinical Team and Psychiatrists, you will create a treatment plan uniquely specific to your individual needs. The professional staff at Tranquil Shores is focused on helping you gain long-term recovery and is committed to providing exceptional dual diagnosis treatment. Our collective experience ensures that we are qualified to meet all your treatment needs for a successful, abstinence-based lifestyle. From our medical and clinical staff to our support staff, you will experience compassion, care and confidential healing at Tranquil Shores Recovery Services
At Tranquil Shores, we want to treat the individual as a whole not just remove the substance. We feel substance abuse and mental health are closely related. Our counselors maintain a limited case load, so they can work with their clients to get to the core of the issues. The Clinical Team is highly qualified in substance abuse and mental health to offer progressive, personalized care. If you require medical detoxification, we work closely with your medical team to monitor your health and insure you are in a safe and comfortable atmosphere. Holistic practices are woven into traditional therapies to enrich the experience of recovery. You can look forward to exploring the benefits of Yoga, Qigong, Kai Chi Do, Acupuncture, Massage Therapy, Sound Healing and other forms of alternative therapies while in our dual diagnosis substance abuse program at Tranquil Shores. Why Tranquil Shores?
* Our program intensity and duration is based on personal progress rather than a predetermined length of time. * We offer private, comfortable housing where clients are encouraged to incorporate personal items into their residences. * Clients are granted access to counselors as often as therapeutically indicated. * Counseling begins during the course of the admission process. * Weekly themed topics ensuring ample opportunity for healing and recovery. * We cultivate a family atmosphere where loved ones are welcome to be involved. *We allow personal electronics and cell phones.
