New Directions is now offering a group treatment telehealth program. We can now provide treatment for clients who live anywhere within the State of California. Telehealth is an innovative way to participate in our group treatment program and allows clients to connect with the therapist and one another in real time. It is easy to use and requires a computer with webcam , speakers and internet access. All communications are confidential and comply with privacy standards. We offer: Intimate group settings with a limit of 8 in a group 15 weeks intensive outpatient treatment, groups meet 3 times a week Group therapy facilitation by a licensed therapist Consultation with a nutritionist and/or registered dietitian Coordination with your primary care provider and/or therapist Individualized food plans prepared by our nutritionist. We offer groups for adults as well as an adolescent group. Our program integrates mental health, physical health, and we focus on depression, anxiety and eating disorders including anorexia, bulimia, and binge eating.

At DBT Center of Orange County we are dedicated to providing our patients with comprehensive DBT and other evidenced-based therapies in a warm, nonjudgmental and collaborative environment. We offer individual therapy for individuals six (6) and older (DBT-C), as well as skills training groups for individuals thirteen (13) and older. DBT is the most thoroughly researched treatment for people with self-harm and suicidal behaviors. DBT offers consistent significant findings in reducing the frequency of self-harm behaviors, as well as reducing in patient admission episodes and improving global functioning and adjustment. Our team of health care providers includes intensively trained DBT clinicians, Psychologists and Trauma Therapists. San Jose Behavioral Health offers an intensive outpatient program (IOP) for adults age 18 and older who are in need of treatment for mental health disorders. In this program, patients can participate in flexible, person-centered care while also carrying out their daily responsibilities outside of treatment. At our outpatient treatment center in Santa Cruz, California, we strive to provide a welcoming and comfortable environment where patients can begin their healing journeys. Adults may enter this program directly or as a step-down to a less restrictive level of care. Typically, people remain in our IOP for eight to 12 weeks, and they attend treatment three hours a day, three days a week for the duration of their programming. Common modalities we utilize at this level of care include cognitive behavioral therapy, dialectical behavior therapy, eye movement desensitization and reprocessing, motivational interviewing, mindfulness, and somatic therapy.

Meridian Recovery is a virtual Intensive Outpatient Program (IOP) dedicated to empowering adults struggling with anxiety, depression, trauma, and substance use. Our fully online program is meticulously crafted to supplement your work in individual therapy, by providing an added layer of support and care. Veritas Counseling is an outpatient alcohol and drug treatment program. It is an Intensive Outpatient Program (IOP), meeting several days a week. The purpose of our program is to help people "get well and stay well". We are especially interested in encouraging our clients to long-term recovery a day at a time. Our clients have a Primary Counselor with whom they meet regularly and a recovery group providing fellowship, support and insight. There is a Family Program, an Aftercare Program, an extensive education track and plenty of insight -oriented supportive group and individual counseling.
