My practice focuses on helping men struggling with sexual addiction, sexual abuse and attachment trauma. These issues often involve tremendous pain and shame. If this is your experience, finding a professional who can provide warmth and acceptance is vital. Through personal therapy, my own journey in recovery and Certified Sexual Addiction Therapist (CSAT) training, I am especially qualified to help you lead an integrated and whole life free from the cycle of sexual addiction.
I work by helping you identify and heal conflicting parts of yourself. I bet you’ve had the experience where one part of you wants one thing while another part wants the opposite. We all have protective parts, wounded parts, and parts acting out to numb pain. I am convinced you have the strength inside to heal those parts and it's my job to help you find it.
