I believe that the Bible holds all the answers to life's challenges, so I seek to speak God's truth into your spiritual and mental psychological disorders. I provide therapy to individuals, families, and groups. I have treated a broad range of diagnoses and ages. My diverse experience allows me to work successfully with a large array of clients. Whether you are feeling overwhelmed by life, family, a specific event, or have struggled to feel your best for a long time, we can work together to increase control, confidence, and peace. Currently I see clients virtually and will open up in person appointments in Jackson, WY only as needed.

I am a licensed clinical social worker who is passionate about working with individuals/families struggling with emotional well-being. Dealing with mental health issues can be challenging. It is my aspiration that you allow me to come along side you through this journey. I have experience working at an inpatient psychiatric hospital, intervening with patients of all ages. My clinical practice includes intervention with depression, anxiety, anger, SPMI patients, crisis intervention, substance abuse, suicidal/homicidal ideations, self-harming, domestic violence, and personality disorders. I am also EMDR trained and work with CPTSD

Teenagers have their own set of struggles including peer pressure, self esteem issues, depression and anxiety. Their hormones are changing as are their bodies and can be a very tough time. Most children under age 6 can't put into words how they're feeling so play therapy is the best way to help them work through their feelings, which I utilize. It's also very important that parents have the skills to help their children through these tough times and I use Love and Logic parenting to help parents learn skills that help everyone in the family.

My passion is help people heal from complex trauma, PTSD, developmental trauma, personality disorders, anxiety, depression, and generate overall wellbeing for my clients. Anyone is welcome. This is your world and I just want to teach you to heal yourself, so that you find your center, and have the tools you need to heal yourself for the rest of your life.
