As a marriage and family therapist, I greatly enjoy working with couples and families, especially those who struggle with communication. I love teaching people skills to help with conflict resolution. I also work with individuals ages 5 and up. I am passionate about helping those with trauma, grief/loss, adjustment, depression and anxiety. I work with many who struggle to have healthy boundaries and saying no. At times, we need a direction in life-a "starting point" to guide us back into balance. The realization of this began for me personally after being diagnosed with breast cancer while I was pregnant with my first child. It was during this spiritual and life altering journey that I fully recognized that we all have the potential to create optimal health for ourselves, emotionally, spiritually, and physically. I believe that all forms of healing are rooted in the mind, body and spirit. With guidance, we can harness these elements to invoke necessary change to step into our power of self healing.
