My background is in sports psychology, trauma treatment, anxiety, depression and personality disorders, with intensive training in DBT, EMDR, CPT and Prolonged Exposure Therapy. I have many years experience in trauma therapy. I have much experience working with athletes who struggle with anxiety surrounding their sport or wish to improve their mental game.
I was born and raised in Oshkosh, graduated from ONHS in 1979, UW-Oshkosh in 1987 and 1998 and UW-Milwaukee in 1990. I am a proud husband and father to 4 wonderful kids, all of whom are in their 20’s. We have 3 dogs, 2 cats and 3 horses. I enjoy attending Lifest each summer and watching my kids' activities. I am a current college and club pole vault coach.
