I believe that happiness and recovery are possible! Anxiety, depression, PTSD, partner conflict and family issues can make life hard and can make people feel stuck. I work with children, adolescents, adults, couples and families to change their lives to have more fulfillment and contentment. I want my clients to not just survive but to thrive. I specialize in trauma focused therapies as well as mindfulness, and positive psychology . I am the guide getting my client down the road but my client is in the driver's seat choosing the route. By using humor and compassion I partner with my client to make positive change.
The age span of clients that I see are 4 years old to 64 years of age. I also provide pre-marital counseling for couples interested in learning how to have a healthy relationship.
