I work with my clients to meet their goals for mind and body wellness ranging from everyday stress to major life challenges.
While I work with a wide range of people and problems, I have additional specialized training in working with people who have experienced perinatal concerns, traumatic events, eating disorders, and stress related to health and wellness. Additionally, I have specialized training and experience working with children, adolescents, & young adults.
