I work primarily with older women who are tired of being stuck in their negative thoughts and behaviors and are ready to discover their God-given purpose and start doing it without the use of alcohol or other self-sabotaging behaviors. (it may even be an addiction to food) I specialize in empowering clients to live a spirit-filled life free from addiction and negative thoughts through cognitive behavioral and neurolinguistic life coaching. I enjoy conducting workshops, keynote talks, and private retreats with women to help them overcome life challenges and move forward toward a better life.
I am a best selling author and award winning counselor & life coach but more important I've been drug free for almost 50 years & sober for 30 years. I understand addiction and the guilt shame, broken relationships and mess that it can make and I believe that there is a God that can turn everything around for the good if we let Him.
