Providing virtual sessions throughout the entire state of WI, Elizabeth helps to promote coping with the stress and uncertainty of many life situations, including but not limited to hospitalization, illness/diagnosis, trauma, loss, and change. As a patient, you may want someone to share your reality with; as a parent you may want someone to brainstorm ways to communicate difficult subjects to kids/teens; as a caregiver/professional you may want to process. Elizabeth strives to create a confidential and judgement-free space where you will feel supported and know it's okay to bring your authentic self.

Traumatic and stressful experiences can range from childhood traumas to a single event like a car accident, the loss of a loved one, or a diagnosis of a chronic disease. Healing the emotional pain of past trauma begins with acknowledgement in a safe space. It is never easy but sharing your experiences, thoughts, and feelings can lead to relief, new perspectives on yourself, your relationships, your goals, and your zest for life. Our goal is to create that safe space for you to understand, process, and heal past trauma and stress so that you can truly live life in the present with self understanding, self acceptance and self care.

As children, our work is to learn how to recognize, validate and effectively use feelings as guides to ourselves, our relationships, behaviors, careers and so much more! If you weren't able to learn these skills, it's not too late! I work with children of all ages, from birth throughout the human lifespan, and help them to grow and thrive.

My real passion is in helping my clients step into their own power. I focus holistically on the whole person, which includes the mind, body, spirit and emotion. I believe that all 4 areas are needed to fully heal. I use a variety of holistic and alternative experiential practices to assist in accelerating one's healing process. Through this approach individuals are able to shift out of old patterning, self-limiting beliefs, thoughts, and habits. I am able to help one get to the deeper core issues that are blocking them from living a full and happy life.
