I specialize in working with clients who are exploring gender identity, healing family conflict and transgenerational trauma, and helping neurodiverse individuals navigate a world designed for neurotypical people.
Through teamwork, we can increase healthy coping skills, process chronic stress and/or trauma for deeper understanding and healing, and grow in resiliency and assertiveness. I use several treatment modalities for individualized care to empower and create lasting change, including Motivational Interviewing, DBT, EMDR, IFS, and CBT.
