About
My real passion is in helping my clients step into their own power. I focus holistically on the whole person, which includes the mind, body, spirit and emotion. I believe that all 4 areas are needed to fully heal. I use a variety of holistic and alternative experiential practices to assist in accelerating one's healing process. Through this approach individuals are able to shift out of old patterning, self-limiting beliefs, thoughts, and habits. I am able to help one get to the deeper core issues that are blocking them from living a full and happy life.
It is through the combination of traditional "talk therapy" along with experiential and a holistic approach that enable my clients to go more deeply into their own process. I use Brainspotting, Body/Energy Awareness Techniques, Mindfulness Practices Guided Imagery and Visualization Processes
Testimonials: "Jennifer is a true healer, she has an ability to really attune with you, so that you feel so comfortable sharing at your deepest level." "I learn so much from Jennifer, she has so many useful tools that I can easily implement into my every day life."
