I work with individuals to address Depression, Anxiety, OCD as well as trauma sequelae manifest by depressed or anxious mood, obsessive-compulsive behaviors, insomnia, substance misuse, and interpersonal problems. I have formal, extensive training in both CBT, ERP, I-CBT, ACT & PE. I am dually-licensed to treat Substance Use Disorders.
