We specialize in trauma healing, eating disorders, self-worth and self-esteem issues, and spirituality. Our clients often benefit from our integrative approach combining talk therapy with guided meditation, mindfulness, sound healing, nature, horses, movement, and more. We provide EMDR, Somatic Therapy, Equine Therapy, Arts Therapy, Sand Tray, and Play.

On the journey towards healing you will gain insight and understanding. We take a healing approach in working with clients and offer a different perspectives on how to move through some of life's most challenging times.
