At Therapy With Heart, we have a passion for helping people grow and make changes in their life which will be clear from the minute you first make contact. Relationships matter! Family dynamics, partnership/couples and intimacy, dating, or grief and loss are all connected to relationships! It takes courage to decide to enter therapy and until you feel safe and comfortable, it is challenging to create change. Therefore, we structure the session around mindfulness, emphasizing strengths, and collaborating together on the work. We provide you with the highest quality therapy by specialty professionals.

Our therapists work from an approach called Emotionally Focused Therapy which helps couples to be more connected, more secure, and happy in their relationships. EFT gets right to the heart of the matter and creates opportunities for couples to have honest, vulnerable conversations which translate to intimacy, closeness, and compassion.

Other specialties include grief and loss, adolescent and family therapy, and trauma/EMDR therapy. We do offer individual, couples, and family therapy and our rates range from $80-200.
