I specialize in spirituality, existential anxiety, identity, and grief and loss, in both teens and adults. I incorporate creative and dramatic expression in my work, including storytelling, role exploration, imagination, embodiment, spontaneity, and play. I support clients processing religious trauma; doubting, questioning, or exploring a faith; and entering or leaving a faith tradition. I help people navigate questions of meaning and purpose, and I work with them to deepen their experience of personal and cultural identity. When clients encounter loss and step into grief, I share in holding space for every stage of that pain.

I work with clients looking to deepen their awareness of self and others in order to experience life with greater joy, authenticity, and meaning. To strengthen self-compassion when facing challenges and learn positive coping skills that expand one's choices to move through difficulties with greater resilience.
