Hello my name is Katie and it is nice to meet you. I am currently taking new patients, teens 14 and older, and adults in Oregon and Washington. I have served in the field for 12 years and welcome populations of all demographics, ethnicities and cultures. I have extensive experience in school based settings assisting with issues such as complex trauma, self harm, addiction, anxiety, depression, grief, loss, life transitions, divorce, adoption, children in the foster system, parent coaching, and other issues. I look forward to meeting you and helping you achieve healing and permanent change.

I help individuals, families, and couples create or restore secure secure bonds in family and intimate relationships. Relational counseling means that my relationship with you, my client, will be our best, most important tool for your healing. Before anything else, we will establish safety, trust, and connection. Then together we will uncover the path of healing for your mental, emotional, and spiritual well-being. I also help those coping with the effects of anxiety and depression.

Hi there, thanks for stopping by! My approach to therapy comes from the belief that your journey is unique and personal. Sometimes life experiences place obstacles in our path that make it hard to move forward. My goal is to help you remove these so you can find purpose and joy in life. Part of removing these obstacles is knowing how you react to stress or trauma and recognize warning signs and patterns that cause you to feel anxious, stuck, tired, overwhelmed, or all of the above! I work with adults and motivated couples who really want to work on the relationship, but aren't sure where to start.
