Many of the clients that I work with are people who are processing the factors that are impacting them as individuals today. Parent's are able to explore a space where they are validated and empowered. Much of the work that we do is rooted in identity and discovering what it is they need, not what they have been socialized into thinking they need. Together we explore experiences and dynamics that have occurred throughout their lifetime. Marginalized populations come to me to learn more about themselves and the ways in which they interact with the world around them including exploring family of origin issues.

My Clients: I regularly work with clients on common issues such as: major life transitions, depression, anxiety, struggles with work-life balance, racial identity, family of origin issues, grief, trauma, and addiction recovery. I am passionate about working with: People of color, Students, people who identify as possessing multiple minority identities, LGBTQIA+, relationship problems, bicultural stress, cultural adjustment, sexual trauma, and issues related to sexual identity and gender. I am also comfortable working with non-heteronormative relationship lifestyles; particularly navigating issues related to open/poly relationships.

I am a partner in Summit Health Management, a group founded by an eclectic partnership of four established, experienced providers with the vision of offering a variety of therapeutic services to meet the needs of children, adolescents, adults, elders, couples, and families in our community. Our group’s mission is to provide the region with experienced, compassionate, professional, and proficient mental and behavioral health care. We offer a therapy and psychiatric care for all ages, presentations, relationships and disorders, including individual, couples, family and group therapy, as well as substance abuse recovery for all ages.
