I work really well with adults (20s and up) who are sorting through a number of emotional, behavioral, and relationship concerns. I am skilled and experienced to help people work through and recover from anxiety, perfectionism, low self-esteem, life transitions, trauma, C-PTSD, depression, problematic family dynamics, and parenting.
I offer a Christ-centered and faith-based approach towards helping people strengthen their relationship with others and God. I integrate Internal Family Systems Therapy and cognitive behavioral frameworks with Christian spirituality to help people experience lasting change. I am also qualified to counsel others from different spiritual backgrounds.
