I specialize in treatment for depression, anxiety, mood disorders, and substance abuse among adults and adolescents. My approach centers around using cognitive behavioral therapy , dialectical behavioral therapy, motivational interviewing and mindfulness strategies to address issues that are getting in the way of living your best life. I also focus on providing support to individuals or families that are experiencing a major life transition at work, at school, or in a significant relationship.

Nobody exists in a vacuum. Although life can be isolating, you don’t have to do it alone. In a time of DIY and instant gratification, I propose connection, collaboration, creativity, and courage in the therapeutic process. Like you, I’m human! I am a Certified Complex Trauma Professional Level II and have extensive experience working with individuals dealing with trauma and related symptoms. I am real/down to earth and easy to talk to. In session, I foster an environment that is sensitive to clients'/parents' needs. Clients are encouraged to openly express thoughts/feelings so that we can focus on setting goals, identifying feelings and patterns, developing healthy/positive attitudes and behaviors, and problem solving. Izabela Osiniecka is a Licensed Clinical Social Worker in the state of Virginia. She received both her Bachelor of Arts in Psychology with a minor in Community Action and Social Change and her Master of Social Work at the University of Michigan. She has experience working with adults with acute and chronic psychiatric disorders such as depression, anxiety, and substance use disorders. Izabela has worked in short-term and long-term inpatient hospitals as well as college settings.

Thanks for looking at my profile. Times of transition, difficulty and pain are challenging but can help us grow. I enjoy working with people who are in transitions and are interested in discovering how their untapped internal strengths can help them. I work with teenagers, adults and seniors in individual therapy. I also work with couples. I see families and have an interest in working with families in which all members are gown up and want to work on family relationships. I have expertise and enjoy working with people in the LGBTQ+ community.

I am a Licensed Professional Counselor with extensive experience treating addictions, anxiety, obsessive thinking, depression, communication/ relationship issues, and life phase struggles. Mr. Denton received his Master's Degree in Professional Counseling from Lindsey Wilson College, and is a Licensed Professional Counselor in the Commonwealth of Virginia. He has been working in the mental health field for over a decade and has worked in various settings including residential treatment facilities, in-home and community agencies, and outpatient treatment providers. Mr. Denton has a passion for helping individuals in the e-sports and gaming community, with a deep understanding of the challenges facing content creators, streamers, and e-sports athletes.

I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker and received my Masters degree from The Catholic University of America in Washington, DC. I strive to help clients see a way forward from feeling stuck by forming a collaborative, therapeutic relationship. In my work with adults, children and teenagers, I focus on their strengths and encourage them to think beyond difficulties and identify achievable goals. I coach parents skills to better communicate with their children and become "safely unpredictable," particularly as many children (if not all) become experts in how to push their parents buttons! I have been told by many of my clients over the past 18 years that my warm and directive, confident approach has been most helpful. Many children and teenagers referred to my practice have been in therapy before, with limited success.

Dr. Baly is a clinical psychologist who works with individuals and families experiencing a range of issues. Dr. Baly received a B.A. from Harvard and Ph.D. in clinical psychology from the University of Virginia. He has trained at several nationally recognized institutions, including the Institute of Living, Johns Hopkins, and the Kennedy Krieger Institute. He is passionate about helping people cope with present day stressors and issues stemming from past trauma.
