Dr. Baly was a founding partner and Chief Clinical Officer of Encore Outpatient Services. He was a supervising psychologist at the Kennedy Krieger Institute, where he provided treatment, supervised doctoral interns and postdoctoral fellows, and led a postdoctoral training program. He has been an adjunct faculty member and guest lecturer at Johns Hopkins.
