Giving clients the space to be heard and have a say in their treatment is a key part of my therapeutic method. A straightforward approach and humor are utilized in sessions to establish trust and comfort in the therapeutic relationship. I have experience working with mood disorders, suicidal ideation & self-harm, trauma, and the LGBTQIA+ community.
