Everyone experiences life differently and from their experiences, gain strengths. My goal is to help build on your strengths along your mental wellness journey . I work with high-conflict couples, individuals, adolescents, and families. The focus of my practice is relational wellness, anger management issues, couple conflict, affair recovery/infidelity, PTSD, anxiety, depression, spiritual issues, OCD and addictions. I have an integrative therapeutic approach that includes Client Centered, Solution Focused, Emotionally Focused and Cognitive Behavioral Therapies, as well as Dialectical Behavioral Therapy with high conflict issues.

As parents we want our children to be healthy and happy yet sometimes we can't fix the situation for them and that makes us feel a failure as a parent.

Each individual has a unique story, co-authored with God, giving purpose and meaning to their time on earth. Life's many joys, trials, and challenges present opportunities for new chapters to unfold. I believe in the healing power of storytelling within the counseling relationship, and use a holistic, EFT-focused approach to therapy. I welcome people from different backgrounds and political leanings, unique religious or spiritual beliefs, all kinds of relationship dynamics/combinations, stressful careers, and traumatic experiences. The types that have learned how to “fake it till you make it”. The survivor living off of caffeine and sheer determination. The tired, overlooked and underappreciated human being still carrying the baggage of their last relationship, tough childhood or draining job. Fighters who have lost their spark, but are somehow able to keep everyone else’s flame burning. I see you struggling… silently slipping below the surface. I want to help.

I love working with anyone that feels like something has not been going right for them, be it for a long time or just a little while. I enjoy working with people that have anxiety, depression, trauma, attachment difficulties and people that just are feeling, again, like something is off. I seek to both equip my clients with the skills and tools they need to more effectively get through their lives as well as address inner difficulties so that the quality and satisfaction of life can be increased.

Anxiety can be an encompassing experience, affecting not just your thoughts and emotions, but your physical well-being too.
