Welcome! I’m so happy that you have taken this step to find peace, truth, and healing. Due to negative experiences we have had to endure, many times we learn unhelpful behaviors and beliefs over time. I believe that healing takes place when you have someone to walk alongside to create space where you can safely deal with what concerns you without shame and without judgement. My goal is to create that space and to be that person who will walk with you as you confront what is no longer serving you and develop lasting change.
I am certified in EMDR, an evidence-based treatment for trauma, depression, and anxiety. I have trained in 2 levels of Gottman Couples Therapy and use this method to help couples deepen their friendship, communicate effectively, and manage conflict. I use a Person-Centered, somatic, and neurobiological approach through REBT to help clients meet their goals.
