One of the most heartbreaking things we as parents will experience is having a teen or young adult who is struggling. Our teens & young adults will not know the depth of our love until they have kids themselves. We work hard to ensure our children grow up to be happy & healthy teens & young adults. There are things that can impact our ability to help our them. Things like depression, anxiety, ADHD/ADD, trauma, Autism Spectrum Disorders, these are all complex challenges that can test our parenting skills to the limit. Largely outside of our control, these can have an impact on our teen's happiness & future growth.
