For over a decade, I have helped people transition out of some of the most difficult stages of their lives. As you might have guessed, I specialize in life transitions and adjustment stress. I have worked with ex-convicts, drug users, veterans, retirees, immigrants, college grads, as well as terminally ill and chronically ill populations.

I earned my Bachelor of Arts degree in Psychology from Texas A&M International University in 1999 and a Master of Arts degree in Community Counseling from Texas State University in 2013.
