I believe counseling is a dynamic process that is different for each individual and family. I view the relationship between therapist and client(s) as one of the most important elements in therapeutic success. I strive to promote wellness and healing in an accepting and peaceful environment where clients can express concerns and share thoughts, feelings, and experiences. I work with adolescents and adults with a wide range of problems such as depression, anxiety, trauma and attachment. I am a certified EMDR clinician.

My Therapeutic goal is to help people help themselves. I am licensed in Texas my area with the most expertise would involve children, adolescents, and Teens. I was an Elementary School teacher for 15 years at multiple K - 12 Campuses, a K 12 School Counselor, and now a Nationally Certified LPC, and a school Psychologist intern.

I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker in TX and NM with over 18 of experience in the mental health field. I am also a Certified Professional Life and Wellness Coach and trained EMDR therapist. Prior to my mental health experience, taught first grade and later worked in the High School setting which allowed me to assist with multiple family dynamics, adolescent struggles and crisis interventions within the school setting. I later worked in the hospital assisting multiple clinics along with the acute behavioral health department and most recently worked with Combat Veterans to assist with PTSD and transitioning to civilian lifestyle.
