Therapy can be utilized for many struggles in a person's life. No matter the reason you are seeking therapy I am here to help. I provide therapy to adolescents and adults that are searching for a change in their life. Whether you are suffering from addiction, emotional distress, family issues, school or work issues, or you just feel stuck I am here to assist you on your journey. Asking for help can be difficult but you are worth it. I offer individual therapy to those struggling with behavior, emotional or life challenges.
Building a strong and trusting relationship with your therapist is important to your success in therapy. I will use various techniques to help resolve issues and gain awareness throughout the therapy process. Cognitive Behavioral Therapy will be used for teens as well as adults to promote change.
My priority is to help you reach your goals. I am dedicated to helping each person grow and find the awareness they need to become the person they want to.
