I believe counseling is a dynamic process that is different for each individual and family. I view the relationship between therapist and client(s) as one of the most important elements in therapeutic success. I strive to promote wellness and healing in an accepting and peaceful environment where clients can express concerns and share thoughts, feelings, and experiences. I work with adolescents and adults with a wide range of problems such as depression, anxiety, trauma and attachment. I am a certified EMDR clinician.
I am also a Registered Play Therapist and I work with children through play therapy. I treat children with symptoms of ADHD, anxiety, and depression as well as children who have been abused or traumatized. I am trained in sandtray therapy with all ages.
