I have worked providing counseling for young adults, couples, veterans, and adults experiencing stress, anxiety, depression, anger, self esteem, trauma, and marital issues. I will help you navigate through these issues and develop goals that can lead you to gain the skills needed to face what you think you can't handle. Remember,You are NOT alone. I utilize a variety of approaches such as CBT, EMDR to process trauma, and DBT.
