Hola.. I'm a U.S Marine Corps Veteran, Bilingual in Spanish, I received my Master in Clinical Mental Health Counseling . I work as a Licensed Professional Counselor in Texas. I have worked providing counseling 4 teens,adults, couples, veterans struggling w stress, anxiety, depression, anger, self esteem, trauma, and marital issues (Houston area, Virtual TX) . I will help you navigate through these issues and develop goals for you to gain the skills needed to face what you think you can't handle. I utilize a variety of approaches such as CBT, DBT, EMDR to process trauma. I conduct Immigration Evaluations U-VISA,VAWA,WAIVER cases.
I'm a Certified Clinical Trauma Professional, it means I specialize in Trauma, I'm trained in EMDR, a technique to help process trauma events, I provide Couples and Christian counseling when requested.
