I help couples resolve the real issues and pain that drive a wedge in their relationship. I usually can know the health of couples' relationships just by looking at whether and how often they get into what I call the “trap” cycle. It looks like this: You cause more hurt by how issues are brought up than the issue itself. You never actually get to the real issue!
