Welcome to Mend Counseling! We are a boutique, collaborative counseling practice located in Mockingbird Station that sees clients ages 4 and up. We provide play therapy, individual counseling, couples counseling, and group counseling. Our clients want a fun and person-centered therapist that listens to their needs and creates a personalized plan to support them. We are motivated by seeing the beautiful growth and increased confidence in our clients.

I specialize in working with teens, adults, and their families. I have a passion for working with people with a variety of mental health issues including trauma, anxiety, depression, self-harming behaviors, and substance abuse issues. I believe in collaborating with my clients and their families, when appropriate, to help them identify and achieve the steps needed to live the life they want. I believe that all teens, young adults, and families can grow, change, and live happy, purposeful, and fulfilling lives.

I love meeting new clients and beginning the process of helping you achieve your goals, whatever they may be. I love working with ages 8-80. My practice is LGBT affirming and welcoming. I work very well with pre-teens and teens. Virtual sessions available for anyone age 16 or older.
