Processing the Empty Nest

Transitioning to an empty nest comes with a slew of emotions for mothers from excitement for our children to deep sadness for ourselves, along with the loss of identity and purpose. In this empty-nester processing group, together we will explore the emotions, changes in mothering, ways of coping, and a joyful future.
