Therapy will allow the client to overcome painful experiences; therapy will empower the client to achieve his/her own healing. Life events shape us into who we are, but when it hurts, we know something must be changed. Then, it becomes very important not to be alone in our perspectives or pain.Therapy is an ongoing process of change. Senderos (or pathways), means the exploration of new ways to have a happier life. I have been practicing as therapist for more than ten years.

Transitions and change can be difficult and can often lead to feelings of anxiety, loneliness, and depression. These feelings are common responses to experiences like relationship/work stress and family conflict. The process of healing through pain is an individual and unique one and sometimes we struggle with our ability to effectively cope with the feelings that these experiences and life changes bring. You may find yourself in need of a little guidance and support and my goal is to provide a space where you feel safe in that experience. Healing can be facilitated when you no longer feel like you are struggling alone.
