I am a Licensed Professional Counselor and a Licensed Social Worker with a clinical background. I have fifteen years of experience working with adults, couples, and children. Recently, I have been using virtual therapy with couples, adolescents, and individuals who need support with depression, anxiety, work stress, and adjustment issues.

My varied background includes the use of client-centered therapy, cognitive behavioral therapy, couples work with a focus on strengths and solutions, trauma and PTSD therapies, as well as addressing many major mental health conditions.
