I am trained in EMDR and use it frequently in the treatment of distressing symptoms for both teens and adults.

I have over 15 years of experience in many areas, including grief, depression, school issues, ADHD, and relationship issues. As a training clinic, we offer services for a wide range of needs for adults, teens, and children as young as 3 years old. Our specialty in play therapy allows your child to play in a specially designed playroom. We also provide Individual, Couples, and Career counseling for adults and offer Individual and Activity therapy for teens.

I work with individuals struggling with PTSD, Anxiety, and Depression. I work with individuals, couples, and families. I have a special interest in working with first responders struggling with PTSD and career burnout. I work with first responder couples to help them navigate PTSD symptoms in the context of their marriage. When individuals reach out for help, it is often times because they feel lost or unable to cope with daily functioning. I work with Clients towards their goals, at their pace, and using the resources available to them.
