I will help anyone and everyone that I possibly can within my scope of practice while also participating in my own self-care....which is the only way I can possibly TRULY be there for my clients. My ideal client is a person who is motivated to work at being their best self, whatever that looks like to her/him/them; someone who is interested in developing a strong therapeutic alliance and is willing to consider 'non-conventional' therapeutic interventions if the situation warrants; and someone who won't allow temporary barriers or circumstantial ickiness to get in the way of them/him/her reaching a state of BadAssery!
I can't provide you or anyone else with all the answers and I can't 'fix' anyone or anything, BUT, I WILL provide you with a safe, nonjudgmental space to talk about, think about, ask about, learn about, etc...all the things that would help you feel, do, and be your best you. (If tattoos, bare feet and humor bother you, I might not be your cup of tea.)
