By examining your direct experience, we can observe the habitual reactions, limitations, and outdated stories that prevent you from feeling the full richness of life. If you are struggling with addictions, PTSD, depression, anxiety and relationship issues, you have come to the right place. Emotions are a natural part of life, but sometimes we struggle feeling stuck with painful emotions causing life and our circumstances to feel unmanageable. They struggle with anxiety, depression, and trauma, which manifests in poor communication, troubled relationships, overwhelming addictions, and/or PTSD. My speciality is in queer-identity work. The Queer Experience often comes with some growing pains, and subsequent wounds. Most of my clients are people who first healed these wounds through overachievement & overcompensation, but overlooked the limitations that came with these coping mechanisms.
