As a Licensed Professional Counselor, I recognize that everyone goes through times in their life when they need to reach out for help. My goal as a counselor is to cultivate a warm and safe environment that offers a space for growth and positive change without judgement. I utilize an integrative approach, incorporating elements of multiple theoretical approaches, such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy and Existential Therapy. I believe in meeting the client where they're at in life, and showing respect for the hard work that they put into their recovery.
My academic background and professional experience has prepared me to work with diverse populations, and with various concerns, such as depression, anxiety, grief, trauma and other emotional issues. I have significant professional experience working with a wide range of issues, including serious mental disorders and life struggles.
I will encourage you to use your time in therapy to express yourself openly and freely, without judgment, and we will develop a treatment plan together that feels right for you.
