Sincere Path Counseling grew out of my desire to help folks heal, become more fully themselves & offer their unique goodness to the world. My approach, cultivated over the course of 20 years, is founded on genuine relationship, mindfulness, & compassion. If you find yourself in a major life transition, are coming to terms with a major mental health diagnosis or crisis of identity, are struggling with stress, loneliness, anxiety, shame, or identify as a highly sensitive person I can be of help. I also love to support seekers, activists, healers & care givers in using their service in the world as a path toward love & transformation.
I aim to support you in listening to your heart for guidance & relating to your pain & confusion with openness & care. Together we will identify unconscious aspects of your mind & explore the ways they influence your feelings, thoughts, & behavior. With greater self-awareness you can begin to let go of the patterns that keep you stuck & make real change.
The biggest obstacle to healing & change is self-rejection/aggression. I will help you cultivate a compassionate relationship to the parts of yourself that need acceptance and care. It is here that you can begin to live from a place of worth & true belonging which is what so many of us are longing for. It would be my honor to support you in finding your way.
