I am TEAM-CBT Level 2 certified, which enables me to help Clients pinpoint a specific moment they want help with, feeling connected, address common resistances with different case conceptualizations, and apply individualized methods to help reduce the thoughts and feelings in that moment.
There's something ironic about finding a mental health therapist while struggling with mental health.
