I believe in taking a holistic approach to therapy, while considering an individual’s physical condition, sleeping patterns, eating habits, spirituality, relationships, etc. I enjoy working with Adults, Children, and Groups who are experiencing Relationship troubles, anxiousness, hopelessness, confusion, the need to set boundaries and wanting to increase their self-confidence, as well as a variety of obstacles that hinder us from reaching our full potential and enjoying a peaceful life. I utilize Cognitive Behavioral Therapy to change dysfunctional thought patterns, and Solution Focused Therapy, and Person-centered Therapy.
