With that, my question as your therapist would be “how can I help?” I have a passion for mental health and look forward to providing care to a wide range of ages and stressors.

Approaches that I use include EMDR, Strength-Based, Solution Focused, Person-Centered, Motivational Interviewing, CBT, and Play Therapy along with other cutting-edge therapeutic techniques.
