It can be difficult navigating the challenges that life throws at you and it is easy to get stuck in a negative cycle of thoughts, feelings and behaviors. With over a decade of experience, we will focus on what is right with you and not on what is wrong with you in order to help you benefit from hardships, identify solutions, increase your happiness and find a better sense of well-being and purpose. My specialty is in treating OCD, anxiety and phobias using Exposure Therapy, CBT, ACT, DBT and coping skills. I also enjoy incorporating my passion of art into my sessions through Expressive Therapy, focusing on visual arts.
I earned a Master’s Degree in Counseling Psychology from Boston College and a Certificate in Expressive Therapy from Lesley University. Additionally, I have specialized training from McLean Hospital at the OCD Institute (OCDI) in treating OCD using Exposure Therapy. I also have a certification in Telemental Health.
