I am trained as an EMDR specialist, and in Internal Family Systems (another form of therapy which works very well in conjunction with EMDR). Let me help you restore a sense of safety and inner and outer regulation that allows you to move through the world with more ease and comfort. I can assist you in identifying negative beliefs rooted in past experiences that have become barriers and to restore a sense of self that is less critical and more compassionate.
I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker in the State of Oregon and hold a certificate as an EMDR trained clinician. My work experience has been in a community mental health setting and in private practice, providing individual therapy to adults of all ages, experiencing a wide range of mental health issues
