I hope to help everyone see their internal strengths to reclaim Balance in their lives and live in the present moment. So many times, people ask me, “Why did you go into this work?” It took a long time to figure it out because it felt like a part of me. It then dawned on me that I saw my parents help many people reclaim their voices, advocate for themselves, and receive support when needed. Watching this from an early age taught me to share this with others naturally. I’ve been down my road of imbalance, lack of peace, and feeling lost in thoughts. I know that moving out of this place can’t be done alone.
I found the help when needed most, saving me from feeling completely alone. I utilize a relational therapy approach that focuses on building connections and working collaboratively toward determining values and goals, enabling individuals to cultivate a fulfilling and purposeful life worth living.
I utilize a beautiful blend of Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Dialectical Behavioral Therapy, and Mindfulness to help you reach your goals. I service adults, 18 years and older who are experiencing life transitions, and chronic and terminal diagnoses. I have 7 years of helping families in hospice going through end-of-life journey.
