I am Safe Zone trained and affirming of all gender identities & expressions. I am experienced in supporting the LGBTQ+ community, and other communities of diverse relational norms. I am skilled in healing religious trauma and renewing spiritual connection.

Hi there I am Mariah and welcome to Mind Trek Counseling! I am a clinician who works with all ages, primarily focusing on adolescents, young adults, and adults grappling with anxiety, depression, PTSD, relationship issues, substance use disorders (SUD), and college students facing career obstacles. Additionally, I support individuals struggling with communication, boundary-setting, emotional regulation. I have experience working in mental health and substance use disorders and began entry level into the field in 2010. I utilize a holistic approach of therapies and modalities through experience in my training in EMDR, Motivational Interviewing techniques, CBT techniques, and Expressive Art therapies and techniques to include journaling, meditation, and visualization.
