They feel like their internal state is interfering with the results they want in their lives whether that be in their relationships, parenting, financially, professionally or in life in general. They want to know how they can feel better and show up in a way that feels healthier for themselves and others. Many of my clients are reacting instead of responding to situations. They feel disconnected from themselves, have negative self-talk and relationship issues.
