I identify as a queer trans male therapist and part of the LGBTQ community. I have been practicing as licensed therapists for over 15 years and have extensive experience and training in counseling individuals, couples, and families in a wide variety settings in the United States such as primary health care clinics, tribal health care, community mental health treatment centers, and major healthcare facilities.
I mainly practice relational therapy which means I am focused on our therapeutic relationship in as much as our goals and subject matter. I also draw from psychodynamic and CBT as needed depending on the issues we address. I specialize in gender-affirming care with trans, non-binary, LBGTQ, ADHD evals and treatment, and supporting neurodiverse individuals.

I believe therapy is a meaningful, collaborative, and intentional process. I work from a body-positive, social justice, trauma-informed, and culturally competent framework.
